Exile Drilling Ltd. is dedicated to providing a safe, positive, healthy, drug free work environment to all our employees, clients and contractors associated in all operating locations. We are committed to the correction, recognition, and prevention of all health, safety and environmental hazards which could adversely affect our employees, clients or the public. Our management team is committed to ensuring the application of all regulatory heath, safety and environmental requirements in accordance with all company policies and local laws associated with our operation. We are strongly committed to providing a well balanced, healthy, safe work environment for all those associated with Exile Drilling Ltd.

Exile Drilling Ltd. views our Employees as the backbone of the organization and the base of our health, safety and environmental protection policies and programs. All management with Exile Drilling Ltd. are dedicated to ensuring that all employees are aware of the applicable policies and procedures through ongoing safety and environmental training. In return, all employees are responsible, as a condition of employment, to follow all policies and procedures by being accountable to themselves and others while on the job through safe working procedures and safety meetings. All Employees are required to immediately report any unsafe or hazardous work conditions, spills, and adverse environmental issues. In addition, all Employees have the authority to stop any operation that is detrimental to health, safety or the environment. Supervisors are responsible to take immediate action on these issues and will recognize all reports as serious until the problem is rectified or investigated thoroughly.

Infield Superintendents, Operation Managers and all Supervisors will act as a team in maintaining safe working conditions and procedures for all those directly or indirectly under their supervision. They will be accountable for the accident prevention, investigation of all reported incidents, and recognition of hazards that involve their Employees or equipment.

Exile Drilling Ltd. is dedicated to providing a drug-free work environment at all locations and places of operation. Employees, in turn, are to support the drug-free policy. Random testing procedures can be applied in accordance with local laws and may be utilized to control illicit drug use and/or abuse at company operating locations.

Our goal is zero accidents or environmental incidents.  It is our belief that safety is no accident and only as a team can we strive for excellence in the industry.
